I’ve had three knee ops and because of the deterioration I’ve struggled with any weight bearing activity, relying on Voltarin after any physical activity, even playing in the backyard with the kids. Friends have recommended different capsules but nothing convinced me it was making a difference. I’ve just about finished my first bottle of Joint XL™ capsules.
