All direct orders must be prepaid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover). For E-Checks we will need to wait until the check clears before processing the order (typically 3-4 days). Payment must be in U.S. dollars. For your convenience, you can also place your order via Telephone (416) 707-8731. It is likely you will need to leave a message and we will call you back right away.

Sales Tax

Purchases sent to any address within the State of Illinois must include State Sales Tax of 2.25%. Sales tax is not required for purchases sent to other states or outside the U.S.

Shipping & Handling

Most orders are processed within two business days from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority (typically 2-3 days) or via UPS - Other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us. A $5.95 shipping and handling fee is added to all orders shipped to continental U.S. addresses.
